“Intralox Activated Roller
™ (ARB)
Belt technology”
“The Most Exciting Conveyor Technology to Come Along in
Decades”
CLE has been licensed to manufacture machinery
equipped with Intralox’s Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB)
technology.
Intralox Activated Roller Belt™ (ARB) technology
is an award winning solution that
has produced operational savings
in package handling lines in over 1500 installations worldwide.
The latest additions to the ARB line enable customers to perform:
·
High
speed complex switching, bi-directional sorting, and laning (infeed
to palletizer) of various package types
·
Incredibly accurate, compact, high speed 90° sorting for single or
multiple diverts
·
Continuous merging of multiple lines in a small footprint and without
complicated controls
·
Compact, high-speed descrambling of the most complex layer patterns (up
to 6 layers/minute), with no controls
Conveyors equipped with Intralox’s ARB™ technology
can intelligently move items to the left, right, or center of the
conveyor and can also change the speed of an item, all without complex
electrical controls. Rollers built into the belt can be angled to the
direction of travel. By simple carryway selection and engagement, the
forward motion of the belt causes the rollers to change the conveyed
product’s direction and speed.
Here are some proven reasons why factories and
logistics centers are replacing older machinery
with Intralox’s Activated Roller Belt™ equipment
and specifying it for new projects:
o
Fewer jams and improved accuracy
o
Flexibility for different package or case
types
o
Smaller footprint, offering more layout
flexibility
o
Lower initial costs and lower life-cycle
costs
Please contact CLE or Intralox to find
out if and where this breakthrough technology can make critical
improvements in your operation. Project viability is tested with
Intralox physics-based simulation technology taking the risk out of lay
out design. Together they bring a breakthrough technology
platform. Visit the
Intralox websiteto
