Installation and Field Services

At the core of CLE’s business is our Installation Services and

unionized Millwright crew.  Our Construction Management team

and Millwrights have traveled globally installing equipment.  Many

of our customers call on us to install other manufactures

equipment because of our exceptional reputation gained through

55 years of successful project work. 

​

Being a unionized Millwright establishment enables CLE to run

large jobs far away from our Southern California base by allowing

us to pull local, well qualified union help at local level pricing

instead of having all workers on per diem cost for out of town

work.   This allows CLE to build a talented team with our core crew

and skilled local union workers at a competitive rate.

 

CLE also has an excellent safety record and maintains a safety
program allowing CLE to operate at job sites with some of the most

stringent safety program requirements. We are capable of running

jobs from small tie-ins to multi-million dollar capital projects

that span several years.

Construction Management, Field Supervision and Safety Management teams can also be provided by CLE.  We have several well qualified individuals that we relocate from job site to job site as needed for extended durations to get the job completed.  CLE operates with a Class A General Engineering Contractors license and is very experienced in running jobs that have little to nothing to do with conveyance.  We regularly run jobs consisting of infrastructure improvements involving concrete, process piping, electrical distribution upgrades, and structural steel work.

General Plant Maintenance

​

CLE can take over the responsibility for the engineering, planning, and execution of your plant's maintenance activities. We can rebuild and maintain your palletizers, depalletizers, hydro- cookers, packers, fillers, conveyors, pasteurizers, warmers and rinsers just to name a few. CLE will get your equipment back into its original working condition. 

​

Our capability includes providing industrial plant/facilities management, planning, safety, preventative/predictive maintenance with all the necessary skills and supervision. We also manage specialty subcontractors while on site and provide complete project oversight, and scheduling and execution.  CLE maintains also provides continuous support for several of our larger customers.  Our Millwrights have been onsite at the ABInBev Van Nuys, CA brewery since 1985 almost daily, providing ongoing general plant maintenance and staff support for a variety of needs.  CLE also offers maintenance programs and contracts.
