Automated Can Size Changeovers

Quick Draw automates the positioning of gravity trackwork and twist fittings for different container sizes. Operators simply select the required can size on a touchscreen and Quick Draw automatically moves the appropriate fittings into position—eliminating tools, manual adjustments, and visual alignment.

Quick Draw uses a linear, vertical traveling frame to support and position the required twist fittings. Quick Draw maintains a compact footprint as additional container-size fittings are incorporated, unlike traditional rotary systems that require large amounts of floorspace.
